God morgen alle <3 Hvordan har du det? Nå er det endelig helg og i morgen er det nyttårsaften! Jippi! Gleder du deg? Jeg tenkte jeg kunne dele denne deilige og super sunne frokosten med dere. Smoothie bowl med mye godt! I tillegg har jeg begynt å ta Acai vitaminer. Du finner dem blant annet hos Good For Me HER
Oppskrift for 2 smoothie bowls:
400g frosne bringebær
2 stk bananer 
1 stk sukkerfri yoghurt vanilje 
5 ss havregryn
topping: 
Chia frø, bananbiter, kiwibiter, solsikkefrø og litt havregryn.

Good morning everyone <3 How are you? Friday is finally here and tomorrow t’s new years eve! Hurray! Are you excited? I thought I could share a super healthy and a tasty breakfast with you guys this morning. A smoothie bowl with topping. I’ve also started taking Acai vitamins. You can get them at Good For Me HERE

Recipe for 2 smoothie bowls: 
400g frozen rasberries
2 bananas
1 sugarfree vanilla yoghurt 
5 spoons with oats

topping:
chia seed, banana, kiwi, sun seed and a bit more oats.
